Twitter vs. Qwantz = Win
So I have a new hobby, thanks to two scripts I use on my desktop. Number one is a Twitter feed generator and number two is Maddison Karlsdottir’s DC Random Second Panel script. Combining a latest tweet with a non-sequiter T-Rex panel proves to be very fun.

Dinosaur Comics is the brainchild of Ryan North and as always can be read here.
Also why not try this at home, kids? Post links in the comment box.
Edit: Since Ryan linked to my post, an awesome dude called Alex at idefex.net has turned my idea into the best script ever. It mashes a second panel with all tweets in the public timeline. It is rad.

Whats up with the dinosaur?
Bing says: Wow.
Wow. If Ryan figures this out he could let a shell script generate the panels and spend the rest of his days lounging on his huge cash pile*.
*What all webcomics don’t generate cash piles? Lies!
I’ve been using the second panel generator as a forum avatar. You wouldn’t believe how often and how well the panel relates to the conversation.
Hey DinoDude how did you get that to work?
I really wanted to use it but none of the various avatar options on my forum let me use the script.
What we really need is a Dinosaur Comics/Random Twitter Feed Magic Eight Ball!
Or an automatic thinger that makes panel two into a tweet.
ohmygod this has made my day! Beautiful!
A brilliant idea. Such a great idea, in fact, that I was compelled to take it to its natural conclusion.

Has anyone else had problems loading this page: http://www.idefex.net/projects/qwantztwitter/ ?
It hasn’t loaded for me all day. I’m assuming it a site that pulls random tweets and random 2nd panels (of which I imagine I would spend hours hitting F5), but nothing so far.
